Phenomen Investment is the Lobix.AI product family focused on AI-driven investment analysis. It provides MCP applications for stock-market data analysis, sector heatmaps, portfolio tracking, candlestick charts, and related interactive widgets, accessible through Claude and ChatGPT.

Use of Phenomen Investment requires an account authenticated via Auth0 and an active subscription managed through PayPal. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You agree to use Phenomen Investment only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, redistribute or resell the data obtained through it, or use automated systems to scrape or bulk-download content.

Any market or financial data provided through Phenomen Investment is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or an offer to buy or sell securities. Lobix.AI is not a licensed financial advisor. Always consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions. You are solely responsible for any decisions made on the basis of this data.

Phenomen Investment includes public market data sourced from third-party exchanges and data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data, and we are not liable for delays, omissions, or inaccuracies in the underlying feeds.

All software, content, and materials produced by Lobix.AI are the property of Lobix.AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lobix.AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Phenomen Investment, including financial losses from reliance on data, missed trading opportunities, service interruptions, or data inaccuracies.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
