Privacy Policy

When you create an account or subscribe to Phenomen Investment, we collect your email address and a user identifier (via Auth0). Product-specific usage data — such as portfolio positions, watchlist items, and saved queries — is stored only as needed to operate the service. Subscription status (plan, expiry) is stored to gate access.

We use your data to authenticate you, provide personalized investment dashboards and analysis, manage your subscription, and communicate essential service updates. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

Phenomen Investment uses the following third-party services: Auth0 (authentication), PayPal (subscription billing — we do not store payment details), Neon / PostgreSQL (database hosting), Railway (application hosting), and public market data feeds. No personal data is shared with or sold to any other third parties.

Your account data is retained while your account is active. Portfolio data is retained until you delete it from the service, or until you request full account deletion at contact@lobix.ai.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account page, and edit or delete your portfolio entries at any time inside the service. You can request a full data export or deletion by contacting us.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication uses Auth0 with OAuth 2.0. Database access is restricted to authenticated application services only.

When you use Phenomen Investment, we record minimal metadata about each function invocation: your authenticated user identifier, the name of the function (for example analyze-etf or get-etf-fundamentals), whether it succeeded or failed, an error code if it failed, how long it took, and the time it occurred. We do not record the arguments you supply (such as ticker symbols), the contents of responses returned to you, or your IP address. This data is used only to operate the service — to monitor reliability, debug errors, and understand which features are used — and is never sold or shared with third parties. Usage telemetry is automatically deleted after 90 days. You may request earlier deletion of all usage telemetry associated with your account by contacting us at contact@lobix.ai.
