By accessing or using Digital Humanities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

Digital Humanities is the Lobix.AI product family focused on AI-driven study of classical texts. It provides MCP applications for browsing, searching, and analyzing canonical works and their commentaries, accessible through Claude and ChatGPT.

Use of Digital Humanities requires an account authenticated via Auth0 and an active subscription managed through PayPal. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You agree to use Digital Humanities only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, redistribute or resell the content obtained through it, or use automated systems to scrape or bulk-download text.

Digital Humanities includes classical texts and traditional commentaries. These works are in the public domain or used under permissible licenses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or canonicity of any particular textual variant; consult authoritative editions for scholarly work.

All software, original content, and analytical interfaces produced by Lobix.AI are the property of Lobix.AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission. Underlying classical texts retain their own status.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lobix.AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Digital Humanities, including service interruptions or inaccuracies in the displayed text.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
